Her industry experience includes healthcare, hospitality, non-profit and family business office. She is skilled in assessing a client’s current accounting system and business functions and making recommendations for improvements in various aspects of the company’s financial operations.
Suma’s experience centers on structuring accounting systems and processes for new business startups as well as streamlining and restructuring existing accounts. Her skills lie in creating month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and overseeing transitions to dedicated monthly accounting teams.
Her years of leadership experience in public business accounting, allows her to recognize and recommend best practices for accounting systems and records.
