Connor Gibson is a Senior Manager at Bennett Thrasher in the firm’s TAS practice. Connor advises both strategic and private equity investors on buy-side and sell-side transactions. His primary focus areas include evaluating the quality of earnings, net working capital and indebtedness in addition to identifying other key transactions issues. Connor has worked on transactions in a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining Bennett Thrasher, Connor was part of the TAS practice at FORVIS, a top ten public accounting firm where he managed the financial due diligence process for buy-side and sell-side engagements primarily in the middle-market. During his tenure, Connor worked on both domestic and international transactions ranging from $1M – $550M in deal value.

Connor is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida and North Carolina.
