We provide 160 hours of paid vacation time, 16 paid volunteer hours, 9 paid holidays, unlimited sick time, paid maternity/parental leave and a Summer Friday program.
Opportunities for Growth
We encourage our associates to continue learning, via reimbursements for professional designation exams, professional memberships and CPA exam review courses. BT offers 60 to 80 hours of CPE credit each year, as well as robust mentoring and coaching programs. Our Leadership Exploration and Development Program (LEAD) invests in the personal and professional success of new managers at the firm, and we also celebrate our associates’ success with milestone incentives and sabbatical stipends at specific promotion levels. We encourage our associates at every level to develop new business and offer a commission program for both reoccurring and non-reoccurring work.
BT has an office-appropriate, casual dress code that allows our associates to dress for their day while maintaining a professional appearance. We offer a remote/hybrid work model that is flexible and designed with your BT team.
We believe in investing our time and resources to improve the Greater Atlanta community, which has fueled our success. The Bennett Thrasher Foundation, funded with a percentage of the firm’s top-line revenues, takes grant requests exclusively from associates and partners, and we work together side-by-side on community projects, such as building Habitat for Humanity houses, volunteering with the Winter Special Olympics and helping veterans via the File for Freedom program.
