Advancing Black Leaders (ABL)

Advancing Black Leaders builds a legacy that empowers and advances Black professionals at Bennett Thrasher by fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment through engagement, education, and awareness of the Black experience within the firm and the surrounding community.

Parents Are Life Savers (PALS)

The mission of Parents are Life Savers (PALS) is to unite the working parents of Bennet Thrasher by building a community of trust, reciprocity and understanding by ensuring BT’s core value of Family remains a critical aspect to our personal and shared successes.  PALS members offer support by listening openly, responding honestly and always acting with compassion towards one another.

Riveting Women

The mission of Riveting Women is to be a strategic partner within Bennett Thrasher that promotes a culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion through continual learning and career advancement of the member population.

Events & Educational Programming

The DE&I  Committee seeks to sponsor both internal and external educational and social events throughout the year to promote networking and the professional development of our associates. The Committee is focused on providing highly relevant content through panel discussions, mentoring, lunch and learn sessions and relationship building events. Events are developed and conducted by the DE&I committee, in conjunction with the Business Resource Groups (BRG), and content for each event is developed for associates at all levels.
