In a recent article published in the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Bennett Thrasher is mentioned for preleasing a new office building at Riverwood, following the recent trend of office space moving toward the northern part of Atlanta. “Located in the well-established Riverwood project, this 300,000 square-foot joint venture between Highwoods Properties Inc. and Seven Oaks Co. is around 71 percent  preleased  to Delta Community Credit Union, Bennett Thrasher and Holder Construction.”
