He has over 15 years of experience assisting clients and their counsel with business disputes involving lost profits and economic damages and investigations into alleged fraud, waste, and abuse. Chris has also served in court-appointed auditor and neutral roles for business disputes. He also has extensive experience within the healthcare and life sciences industries working with companies on regulatory compliance matters where Bennett Thrasher has been engaged as the Independent Review Organization (IRO), Compliance Expert, or Independent Monitor. Chris and his team also regularly perform proactive and government-mandated compliance program assessments and targeted compliance investigations. His healthcare and life sciences experience has spanned health systems, provider networks, pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors, durable medical equipment providers, managed care organizations, and clinical and diagnostic labs.
