A Day of Insight, Innovation and Connection
ATLANTA, November 18, 2025 — Bennett Thrasher hosted its annual Beyond Tomorrow conference on November 12, bringing together clients, prospects, business leaders and industry professionals for a day focused on the trends shaping finance, technology and the broader business landscape.
The event opened with remarks from CEO Jeff Call and was emceed by corporate mentalist Christophe Fox, who guided the program and kept the audience engaged throughout the day.
Dr. Roger Tutterow, Professor of Economics at Kennesaw State University, delivered the morning keynote, offering an in-depth look at the 2026 economic outlook. He was followed by Chris Carr, founder of Farotech and Dynaimix.ai, who discussed the rapid rise of artificial intelligence and its impact on business strategy.
After lunch, Durran Dunn, Forbes Top CPA and World Series Champion sprinter, shared an inspiring session on overcoming adversity in life and business.
Two afternoon panels rounded out the program. The Senior Finance Executive Panel included Britney Blackburn of Chief Accounting Officer of National Vision, Mazeen Porbandarwala, CFO of Pattillo Real Estate, and Tiffany Willis, former SVP and Head of Investor Relations for Starbucks and moderated by Synovus’ Chris Baldwin. The group explored how finance leaders are preparing their organizations for 2026.
The final session, Deal or No Deal: The Power of Preparedness in Successful M&A, featured Bennett Thrasher’s own leaders, Partners Vijay Vaswani and Zack Leder alongside Jeremy Ellis, Managing Director of Genesis Capital, Bill Lundstrom, Founding Member of Eagle Merchant Partners, Steven Opler, Partner at Bradley, and Justin Russel, President and CEO of Waverly Advisors.
The day concluded with remarks from Michael Hoover, Partner and Chief Growth and Strategy Officer, and a networking reception in the Studio Theater lobby.
Beyond Tomorrow once again provided an opportunity for attendees to gain timely insights, connect with peers and leave better equipped to navigate what’s ahead.
