Chris Frederick is a Partner in Bennett Thrasher’s Disputes,
Valuation & Forensics practice and leads the firm’s Insurance
Claims Services practice. He advises clients, counsel,
insurers, and business leaders on complex financial,
investigative, and dispute-related matters.
His practice focuses on forensic accounting, fraud
investigations, litigation support, business interruption and
property damage claims, economic damages, and financial
analyses related to commercial disputes, catastrophic
events, and other high-exposure situations. Chris works
closely with attorneys, corporations, insurers, and business
owners to investigate financial issues, quantify losses,
analyze damages, and provide clear, credible insights.
Over the course of his career, Chris has led engagements
across a broad range of industries, including
manufacturing, construction, retail, hospitality, healthcare,
telecommunications, and professional services. His
experience includes matters involving suspected fraud,
financial misconduct, shareholder and partnership disputes,
insurance recovery, and forensic investigations.
Chris provides expert witness and litigation support services
in state and federal court proceedings, arbitration matters,
and other dispute resolution settings.
Chris is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Georgia
and Washington. He also holds the Chartered Global
Management Accountant designation and is Certified in
Financial Forensics.
