Vault, a leader in data-driven employer rankings and verified employee reviews, released its annual list of the Best Accounting Firms to Work For, along with rankings for Most Prestigious Accounting Firms, Best Firms by Employment Factor and Best Firms by Practice Area.

Survey respondents evaluated their firms across key workplace factors such as compensation, culture, hours, training, work/life balance and wellness. Participants also assessed peer firms on overall prestige and within major practice areas.
