Bennett Thrasher is pleased to share that Ben Miller, tax partner and leader of BT’s transfer pricing (TP) practice, has been named to the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2024. The program is one of the nation’s oldest and most sustained community leadership programs for business, civic and community leaders.
Ben leads a team of TP professionals who work with clients to design, implement and maintain transfer pricing policies that align strategic business objectives with local and foreign transfer pricing rules and regulations. In addition to his TP practice, Ben is the Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) Partner Champion, overseeing firmwide strategy and initiatives that create a diverse and inclusive environment. Outside of Bennett Thrasher, Ben is involved in the Atlanta community through Tommy Nobis Center, Ramah Darom and Sarah R. Smith Elementary School.
Ben was one of 86 leaders selected for Leadership Atlanta’s Class of 2024. During the nine-month program, participants will learn more about the top issues in metro Atlanta through retreats, seminars, service projects, tours and more, with the goal of helping executives and community leaders work together to promote the growth of the region.
“The program content will provide me with a better understanding of the strengths and challenges of Atlanta’s public institutions and will provide insight into the stakeholders who drive policy impacting these institutions,” shared Ben. “I look forward to meeting other individuals with a shared passion for service and improving Atlanta and to learning from them, understanding their perspectives and appreciating their priorities.”
