Hiral Shah, CFA serves as a Partner in Bennett Thrasher’s Valuation practice, bringing over 20 years of experience advising clients on complex valuation matters. She specializes in valuations for financial reporting, tax planning, and strategic decision-making purposes.
Throughout her career, Hiral has worked with public and private companies across a wide range of industries, helping management teams, boards, and investors make informed business and financial decisions. Her expertise spans purchase price allocations, goodwill and intangible asset valuations, equity-based compensation, corporate reorganizations, and other valuation analyses required for compliance and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Bennett Thrasher, Hiral served as a Managing Director in Grant Thornton’s Valuation practice, where she led numerous valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax, and transaction advisory purposes. Earlier in her career, she worked with other national and regional firms, developing deep experience in client service and cross-functional advisory roles.
