Vanessa Flores is a Senior Manager in Bennett Thrasher LLP’s Real Estate and Hospitality (REH) practice, based in Atlanta. She specializes in delivering comprehensive tax services—including business and individual tax planning, compliance, and advisory solutions—to a diverse portfolio of real estate and hospitality clients.
Prior to joining Bennett Thrasher, Vanessa spent over a decade at EY, working in both the Irvine and Atlanta offices. Her focus there included commercial, office, retail, mixed-use, and multifamily real estate, giving her deep expertise across asset classes and markets.
Vanessa is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in both California and Georgia. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia.
In her current role, Vanessa is a key contributor to strategic initiatives within the REH department and regularly collaborates with partners and managers across the firm. She is known for her thoughtful leadership, technical acumen, and commitment to client success.
