Senior Manager
Sean Charlesworth is a Senior Manager in Bennett Thrasher’s Tax practice. Sean has significant experience with advising companies on federal and state income tax matters regarding income tax provisions, tax compliance and consulting. He has served startup, middle- market and large corporate clients in manufacturing, professional services, real estate, technology and transportation industries with federal and multistate tax issues. Additionally, he has experience in ASC 740 income tax for financial reporting. He began his career in the Federal Tax group at Deloitte and previously was in the Federal Tax practice at Alvarez & Marsal Taxand in Atlanta.
