Senior Manager
Monica Salim Salomon is a Senior Manager in Bennett Thrasher’s Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. She advises private equity and strategic clients on both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence transactions. Her core focus areas include evaluating quality of earnings, net working capital and indebtedness, as well as identifying other key financial and operational considerations that drive deal value.
Monica has supported transactions across a wide range of industries including manufacturing & distribution, consumer products, business and professional services, healthcare and tech-enabled services, and has extensive cross-border experience throughout North America, LATAM, and Europe.
Prior to joining Bennett Thrasher, Monica worked in the Transaction Advisory Services practices at KPMG and RSM US LLP, where she managed the financial due diligence process for a wide range of buy-side and sell-side engagements.
Monica earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and her Master of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
