Kevin spearheads commercial and operational diligence engagements on a national basis within Transaction Advisory Services, advising corporate acquirers and private equity investors on buy and sell-side transactions. He combines market and customer insights, competitive positioning, revenue sustainability, and operational capability including cost structure, organizational design, and process scalability to provide executives and investment committees with an objective view of growth potential, execution risk, and the levers required to capture value. Additionally, Kevin supports clients through post-merger integration and value realization and leads outsourced corporate development initiatives that help clients identify, structure and execute platform investments and add-on acquisitions.
Kevin has led diligence engagements across diverse industries, supporting platform investments, carve-outs, add-ons, and exits. He has held strategy consulting roles at EY-Parthenon and SAX LLP, leading a deal-focused team delivering actionable insights surrounding both pre-close diligence and post-close transformation. Additionally, Moyer has served as a director on a single-family office’s investment team.
Kevin is an Emerging Leader award recipient from The M&A Advisor which recognizes rising dealmakers and practitioners for their achievements in consulting, financing and restructuring. He is a doctoral researcher in the Doctorate of Business Administration program at Edgewood University and serves as an active board member of OH WOW! The Roger & Gloria Jones Children’s Center for Science & Technology.
