Joe Cronmiller is a Partner in Bennett Thrasher’s Tax practice. He has extensive experience working on federal and state income tax provisions (ASC 740), compliance and consulting services on large and middle-market domestic and international corporate clients. He serves clients in various industries, including manufacturing and distribution, technology, franchisors/franchisees and emerging growth companies.
Joe also has experience in individual, partnership and S corporation taxation, assisting closely held businesses and their owners to minimize their overall tax burden. In addition, Joe has experience in buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions transactions to help determine optimal tax structuring.
