Jana Lee is an accomplished Human Resources leader with nearly two decades of experience guiding strategic HR initiatives at top client service firms. As Chief People Officer, she leads Bennett Thrasher’s people and culture strategy, ensuring it supports the firm’s long-term vision and growth.
Her expertise includes performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, talent strategy, and organizational development. Known for her pragmatic, people-centered approach, Jana is dedicated to fostering healthy, high-functioning workplaces.
She holds a B.A. in Speech Communication from the University of Georgia and previously served in senior HR roles at Morris, Manning & Martin LLP, Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, and Troutman Sanders LLP. Throughout her career, Jana has been recognized for aligning HR strategy with business goals, building strong partnerships with leadership, and cultivating high-performing teams.
