Cindy Brown is the Director of International Tax at Bennett Thrasher, where she advises small to mid-sized privately held companies on complex cross-border tax compliance and consulting matters. Her areas of expertise include outbound investments and ASC 740. Cindy is dedicated to helping clients achieve their business objectives while identifying opportunities for tax efficiency.
Before joining Bennett Thrasher, Cindy worked as a consultant supporting large and mid-sized global corporations across various industries. Her work focused on tax provisions, compliance, and international tax planning. With more than 30 years of experience in both public accounting and industry, Cindy brings a well-rounded perspective to serving clients across a diverse range of sectors.
Cindy is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Georgia.
