Blake Henry

Blake Henry is a Senior Manager and licensed CPA in Bennett Thrasher’s State and Local Tax (SALT) practice, specializing in sales and use tax consulting services including nexus studies, taxability analyses, voluntary disclosure agreements, and sales tax process improvement. With over 11 years of experience in sales and use tax, Blake advises clients across industries such as software, healthcare, e-commerce, retail, education, and manufacturing, helping them resolve any multistate tax issues they encounter.

Prior to joining Bennett Thrasher, Blake held a Sr Manager role at HCA Healthcare where he served as a key business partner and provided in-house consulting for HCA’s tax department across the many different areas of its major health system. Prior to that, Blake worked as a manager at PwC within their sales tax consulting practice assisting many clients with sales tax issues in the software space and specifically with post-diligence sales and use tax remediation work.
