Senior Manager
Ben Jonker is a Senior Manager in Bennett Thrasher’s Mergers & Acquisitions Transaction Services practice, based in the Midwest region. He assists private equity and strategic clients with buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services related to mergers, acquisitions, debt financing, and carve-out transactions.
Ben has extensive experience supporting transactions across a wide range of industries, including Manufacturing & Distribution, Private Equity & Investment Companies, Professional Services, Telecommunications, Construction, Consumer Goods, and more.
Prior to joining Bennett Thrasher, Ben was part of the Financial Due Diligence practice at KPMG in Chicago, where he supported buy-side and sell-side transactions for private equity funds and Fortune 200 companies. He has contributed to both domestic and international deals with transaction values ranging from $1 million to $3 billion.
Ben earned his Master of Accounting from Michigan State University, where he also completed his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with a Minor in Economics as part of the Honors College. During his time at Michigan State, he began his career as a commercial credit analyst, working in the lower-middle market.
Ben is a licensed CPA in the State of Michigan.
