In her new role, Shah will establish and grow Bennett Thrasher’s valuation presence in Dallas and across the broader Texas market, deepen relationships with the firm’s audit, tax, and advisory teams, and foster strong connections with clients and referral partners. Shah is also passionate about developing her team in Dallas and helping them strengthen their technical expertise while cultivating leadership and client relationship skills.

Shah brings nearly two decades of valuation and advisory experience to Bennett Thrasher, helping clients navigate complex transactions, financial reporting requirements, and strategic decision-making. Most recently, she served as managing director at an assurance, tax, and advisory firm, where she led valuation engagements for both financial reporting and strategic purposes and helped develop the teams in Dallas and India.
