Warren Nitz is a Senior Manager in Bennett Thrasher’s Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice, where he serves as the Mountain West Market Lead based in Denver, Colorado. Warren specializes in assisting strategic acquirers, from private organizations to publicly traded companies, with comprehensive financial due diligence for various investment opportunities. He also provides support to financial sponsors, including private equity firms, mezzanine funds, family offices, and minority investors, offering broader transaction assistance for both buy-side and sell-side engagements.
Within TAS, Warren’s expertise includes leading quality of earnings analyses, net working capital assessments, and net debt analysis. His industry experience spans a wide range, including Technology Media and Telecom (TMT), Manufacturing & Distribution, Restaurant and Multi-Location Retail, Business Services, Software as a Service (SaaS), Real Estate, Construction, and Oil & Gas.
Warren began his career in the Financial Reporting & Assurance practice at KPMG, where he delivered audit, review, and other assurance services across various industries. He later joined RSM’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, where he focused on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence. This background has equipped Warren with a deep understanding of the needs of transaction advisory clients. Today, he dedicates most of his time to delivering high-quality results for clients within the TAS practice, while also actively networking and cultivating new relationships for the firm.
