Nick Failla is a Senior Manager in Bennett Thrasher’s Commercial Tax practice. He specializes in federal and multistate income tax consulting and compliance for middle-market and start-up corporations and pass-through entities. His industry focuses include healthcare, technology, professional services, and manufacturing and distribution. Nick also has expertise in the mergers and acquisitions space on both the buy-side and sell-side as well as restructurings.
