Dane Harris
Partner, Southwest Partner in Charge Dane leads the Dallas office and oversees its transaction advisory practice. He advises private equity investors and operating companies on buy side and sell side transactions, with a focus on Quality of Earnings, financial due diligence, and transaction driven advisory.
Our Dallas office brings together professionals who combine technical expertise with a practical understanding of how businesses operate. Collaboration across audit, tax, and advisory teams ensures clients receive coordinated guidance throughout the business lifecycle.

Our Dallas office is conveniently located in Addison. Use the Belt Line exit from DNT or from highway 75. The office is in the Work/Shop development at 5495 Belt Line Rd., backing up to Prestonwood Creeks golf course and directly next to Mesero. You will see a white building with a covered walkway to the parking garage. Upon entering the building, grab a coffee in the commons and proceed to the elevator. We are on the third floor. Exit the elevator to the left and walk to the end of the hallway. Welcome to BT!
Please park in the garage using any unreserved, non-retail parking space. Please note that there is also parking on the top level of the garage.
If it is raining – no worries! There is a covered walkway from the parking garage to our suite.
