Tom Peralta is a Managing Director in Bennett Thrasher’s Advisory practice. Tom’s 30 years of experience showcases his versatile skillset. With leadership roles spanning CEO, COO, and CFO across diverse industries like utilities, computer software and hardware, manufacturing, and retail, he brings a wealth of experience in restructuring, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, and financial and operational management. His expertise traverses sectors as varied as plastic injection molding, chemical distribution, construction, payroll, and insurance.
Prior to Bennett Thrasher, Tom served as the co-managing partner of LP2 Partners, where he contributed his leadership and strategic expertise to the firm’s operations and client engagements.

Prior to that, he held the position of co-head of the restructuring practice at a prominent accounting firm, where he played a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex financial challenges and restructuring initiatives. His experience in both advisory and managerial roles underscores his proficiency in navigating the intricacies of financial and operational management within dynamic business environments.
