Managing Director
Chris Lang is a Managing Director in Bennett Thrasher’s Advisory practice. He has been consulting on business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and operational and financial strategies since 2000. Chris works with investors, C- level executives, and others on major business repositioning and growth initiatives. Over the course of his career, Chris has partnered with businesses on transactions involving private equity investment, corporate finance, secured lending, restructuring and turnaround, direct investors, corporate recapitalization, and capitalization. His experience includes financial and operational initiatives worth a combined $2.5 billion with a focus on the private equity, construction, hospitality, real estate, banking, trucking, manufacturing, and oil services industries.
Prior to Bennett Thrasher, Prior to this, he was managing partner of LP2 Partners, as well as the head of the Restructuring Practice in a large accounting firm.
