Brittany Francis is a Manager in Bennett Thrasher’s Tax Practice. Brittany has extensive experience assisting clients with Federal Tax controversy cases including penalty mitigation, collections, audits, tax reporting compliance and accounts management. Additionally, she provides consulting to clients with Federal Tax controversy cases involving the Affordable Care Act and the Automated Underreporter (AUR) Program. She has presented a variety of tax controversy topics to internal and external audiences and has been a contributor to various tax controversy newsletters and blogs.
Prior to joining the BT Tax Controversy team, Brittany was on the BT Real Estate & Hospitality team where she focused on real estate and inbound international taxation.
Brittany is an IRS Enrolled Agent.
