Bill Albaugh is a Director in Bennett Thrasher’s Tax practice. He specializes in assisting corporate clients with structuring cross-border mergers and acquisitions and is engaged by corporations of various sizes to provide counsel on inbound and outbound restructuring transactions. His industry experience includes oil and gas, international and technology.
Bill began his career with KPMG in the firm’s Houston office. He quickly progressed and served in various roles, including Subchapter C Technical Resource in the firm’s Washington Tax practice, Resident U.S. International Tax Partner in the firm’s London office and International Tax Partner in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Bill is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Georgia and Louisiana. He has been an Adjunct Professor at Georgia State University leading teaching responsibilities in the Graduate School of Business’ course on the “Taxation of Corporations and Shareholders.”
