Fall 2018 Campus Recruiting Kicks Off

The BT recruiting team hosted over 75 associates and partners at the first annual Campus Recruiting Happy Hour on Thursday, August 9th to kick off the fall campus recruiting season.  The firm recognizes that campus recruiting is not only our #1 recruiting source, but it also helps us develop a strong network and pipeline with the universities and the cities they are in as we continue to grow.

In order to maintain a strong presence at each school, BT created the Campus Champion role in 2017.  Campus Champions are select partners and senior managers who assist the Campus Recruiter in building and maintaining relationships with key schools, as well as encouraging and enlisting BT associates to participate in campus events.

At the happy hour, each Campus Champion had a designated table for their university which they could decorate to draw associates in.  We had a competition for the best table and, while everyone brought their a-game, UGA, Auburn, and Kennesaw State took home the winning prizes! Besides the chance to network internally, associates were able to sign up for over 20 fall events and learn more about opportunities to join the campus recruiting teams for each university.

Highlights of the evening included a visit from the Kennesaw State Owl, homemade Bennett Thrasher cookies decorated by Betts Irvine with B.Sweet and a raffle for campus swag!
