Bennett Thrasher to Host Fifth Annual “Break Through” Conference this Summer

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting our fifth annual “Break Through” student conference this July! This conference focuses on the recruiting process and is geared towards students going into their senior year or those who have not previously been through the recruiting process. Our goal for the conference is for students to go into recruiting season feeling more confident and with tools to help them be successful. We hope that attendees will also gain skills to help them “break through” the transition from student to professional.

During the conference, we will cover a variety of topics while also giving students the opportunity to network with BT associates in both professional and social settings.  Some of the topics we will be covering are:

  • Recruiting Process
  • Resumes (Individualized Review)
  • Etiquette
  • Interview Skills (Mock Interviews)
  • Tax vs. Audit – What’s the difference?
  • Deciding between Big 4, Local, and Industry
  • Networking

We will be hosting the conference in our new office Thursday July 20th and Friday July 21st. The conference is by invitation only.
