Bennett Thrasher is excited to announce it has been named as one of the 2016 Best Accounting Firms to Work For by Accounting Today. This is now the fourth consecutive year Bennett Thrasher has been on the list.

The Best Accounting Firms to Work For program is a survey competition to determine which firms are the best employers. Best Companies Group (BCG) manages the process and the winners are published in the December Issue of Accounting Today. Two surveys are assessed to gather detailed data about each company. Part one details company policies, practices, benefits and demographics. Part two consists of in-depth statements employees rate using a scale ranging from “Agree Strongly” to “Disagree Strongly.” The list consists of 100 accounting firms across the U.S. split into three groups: small companies (15-49 employees), medium-sized companies (50-249 employees) and large companies (more than 250 employees). Bennett Thrasher ranked in the medium-sized category.
