Bennett Thrasher LLP is pleased to announce a merger with Graves Technology, an Atlanta-based technology consultancy, effective April 1st. The merger continues the firm’s strategic plan to expand its services to better meet client needs. By joining with Graves Technology, the firm will now add technology services to its extensive roster of tax, audit and consulting offerings. With this addition and recent growth, Bennett Thrasher will have more than 257 professionals across the firm. The new technology services division will be named Bennett Thrasher Technology Services, and have technology consultants located throughout the Southeast, including Georgia, Florida and North Carolina, serving clients nationwide.

Adding Value To Clients
Chad Graves, founder of Graves Technology, Inc., will lead Bennett Thrasher’s newly established Technology Services Team as a partner of the firm. Jim Dougherty, who also joins the firm from Graves Technology, will serve as a director of the Technology Services Team. Together with their Bennett Thrasher colleagues, they will add value for both entities by solving client’s challenges such as:
