We provide a generous amount of time off of 160 hours of compensated leave plus 12 paid firm holidays. We also believe in giving flexibility to fulfill career and personal goals. Our supervisors have the ability to approve alternate work schedules, as long as that schedule allows you to continue to meet the needs of your Bennett Thrasher team and your clients.
We believe in investing our time and resources to improve the Greater Atlanta community, which has fueled our success. The Bennett Thrasher Foundation, funded with a percentage of the firm's top-line revenues, takes grant requests exclusively from associates and partners, and we work together side-by-side on community projects such as Habitat for Humanity houses. We also provide each team member with up to 16 paid hours per year to volunteer for charitable organizations of their choice.
