The Atlanta Business Chronicle's 2011 Law and Accounting publication recently named Bennett Thrasher as the 9th largest Atlanta accounting firm ranked by number of professionals. The Firm currently has over 130 professionals and over 70 Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). Bennett Thrasher moved up one spot from 10th in the 2010 publication. In addition, Bennett Thrasher was named 9th fastest-growing Atlanta accounting firm by revenue ranked by five year change in office net revenue. Bennett Thrasher specializes in financial reporting and assurance, tax, personal financial services, dispute resolution and forensics, client accounting services, state and local tax and business valuation.
Atlanta CPA Firm Bennett Thrasher – The Bennett Thrasher Foundation, as part of its annual giving, approved a grant to assist with the expenses to send four very deserving athletes to participate in the Special Olympics World Games. The competition, taking place in Athens, Greece, will begin June 25th and ends July 4th. Chris Currere and Daniel Hester will compete in Power Lifting. Erin Hoffman and Paul Partus will compete in Aquatics. This is the first time Bennett Thrasher has provided a grant to the Special Olympics Georgia Chapter, and certainly will not be the last. Chris Gilligan, President of the Foundation says “When the opportunity was presented to the board to help these athletes compete at the World Games, we were very excited.
