Bennett Thrasher PC has expanded its leadership base with the promotion of Anton Hayward to Shareholder in the Financial Reporting and Assurance department.
Hayward brings significant experience with both privately held and publicly traded companies to this role, leads acquisition due diligence engagements, manages a number of international clients and serves as the Firm’s not-for-profit manager. Prior to joining the Firm he was the founding partner of a leading firm of chartered accountants in Johannesburg.
Hayward earned two Masters Degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Pretoria, is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa), a CPA, served as past Treasurer of the Johannesburg Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the AICPA and the Georgia Society of CPAs.
