The Atlanta-based CPA firm Bennett Thrasher PC is pleased to announce the addition of Donna Raines as Director of Tax Outsourcing.

Having twenty-one years of experience with domestic and international publicly held companies, Raines brings extensive experience in corporate federal and state income tax in a variety of commercial industries including; printing and building materials manufacturing, software and services, restaurants and merchandise chains, printing and transportation.

Donna has served as Vice President Corporate Tax or Director of Tax and Financial Services for domestic and international public companies including John H. Harland Company, Transit Group, Inc. and Boral Industries, Inc.

She has broad experience in all corporate functions with in-depth experience in corporate federal, state and international tax planning and compliance, mergers and acquisition, reorganizations, financial statement reporting, federal, state and international audits and income tax accounting.
