Bennett Thrasher LLP, one of the largest full-service public accounting and consulting firms in the U.S., is pleased to announce that it has been named one of Accounting Today’s 2017 Best Accounting Firms to Work For. The 10th annual list recognizes the top 100 companies from across the country that have excelled in creating quality workplaces for employees.

“We are honored to be included in this year’s list,” said Bennett Thrasher Managing Partner Jeffrey Eischeid. “Our recent move to a new building includes an innovative office space design that promotes increased collaboration and socialization among employees. In addition, the firm initiated a series of team-building hikes along the Appalachian Trail over the summer. Eligible firms for Accounting Today’s Best Accounting Firms to Work For must have a minimum of 15 employees working in the United States and must have been in business for at least one year. To be recognized, these companies entered a two-part survey process. The first part of the survey evaluated each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, while the second part measured the employee experience at each company. The combined scores from these surveys determined the top companies and final ranking.
