Bennett Thrasher LLP serves as the official CPA tabulator of the Georgia High School Musical Theatre Awards – Shuler Hensley Awards, which celebrate excellence in high school musical theater statewide. Bennett Thrasher is pleased to announce that tabulations have been completed and reviewed by the tabulation team. Bennett Thrasher Director of Marketing and Practice Growth Erinn Keserica has been involved with the Shuler Hensley Awards since their inception and was instrumental in involving Bennett Thrasher in the tabulation process after she joined the firm in 2015. The event, which is sold-out, will be broadcast live on Georgia Public Broadcasting. Bennett Thrasher, whose office is located near the Cobb Energy Centre in the Cumberland Galleria area, also served as the official CPA tabulator for the Shuler Hensley Awards in 2016, with partner Cory Bennett overseeing the tabulation.

Fashioned after Broadway’s Tony Awards, the Georgia High School Musical Theatre Awards – Shuler Hensley Awards celebrate excellence in high school musical theatre. The awards are named in honor of actor/singer and Georgia native, Shuler Hensley, who won the prestigious Tony Award, Outer Critics Circle Award and Drama Desk Award. The event embodies a spirit of camaraderie and celebration for the arts and provides a unique professional learning experience for high school musical theatre students and teachers across Georgia. The Shuler Hensley Awards are a part of the National High School Musical Theatre Awards – The Jimmy Nederlander Awards.
